I've just come home from a week in Charlottetown on business, and I am total Moonsnail convert. (The lovely girl at the cash can testify!!)

I have to tell you I tried your Sea Buckthorn Healing Balm recently. I had read the testimonials on your site but was still a bit skeptical that it could be quite as good as people wrote. I have tried a lot of different things over the last few years for my excema. Nothing really works particularly well, prescription or otherwise. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find it really is that good. From the first time I applied it the itch stopped and slowly my excema is clearing up. It is fantastic.

Hi Jennifer,

You gave me a small sample of the Sea Buckthorn Healing Balm to see if it would be effective on my 5 year olds eczema. He had scratched until he had some large raw spots on his arms and legs. We had been using prescribed Cortizone cream and we refused to use the steroid cream. That small sample ( about a tbsp or so ? ) solved the problem. I bought a jar and gave the remainder of the sample to a friend for a similar problem with her daughter. We had been trying to clear this up for months and your balm cleared it up in less than a week. Amazing!

Also, being a person who works outdoors, I tend to have a problem with chapped lips. (usually in the winter ) I love your mint lip balm, it's all I use.

All in all, I just want to thank you for the Sea Buckthorn because it is hard to see your child struggle with something like that. You can tell him not to scratch but if it itches he is going to scratch.

Hello Jennifer,

I recently spent some time in PEI over my vacation and came across an add in the paper for your store, specifically the one targeting excema sufferers.

I've been battling excema since I was a child, steadily using cortisone creams which occasionally provide temporary relief. This summer my skin was at it's worst. I would not wear shorts or a bathing suit in front of anyone. I was ready to try anything.

I purchased every item in your Sea Buckthorn line and I have to say I am absolutely amazed. I have only been using the products for about two weeks and my skin is completely cleared aside from some scarring.

Every so often I will feel it starting again and I just use some of the cream and it's like an instant fix. I do think that daily use of the soap is helping to ward off major flare ups as well. That being said I have just ordered six more bars of soap and will continue to use these products on a regular basis.

I hope you never stop making these products as they are the only things that have ever provided me with any relief and I no longer have to use any cortisone medications. Thank you so much. What a great product!

Last year I ordered several bars of your soap containing PEI red clay. The soap was wonderful. I included it in gift bags for my bridal attendants. My husband is from PEI and I wanted to included something from his home province/town. It was perfect.

This year we are expecting our first child and I was so excited to see that you line of natural pet care products as I am very careful about what chemicals I and our future child are exposed to. I also ordered your Sea Buckthorn Healing Balm for my father who has battled with eczema for several years. I am looking forward to seeing his results.

Hello Jennifer,

My husband and I are using the shampoo bars (for dark hair) and we LOVE THEM. Thanks so much and do not stop making this! My husband's hair is curly and he says this is the best product he has ever used for his hair. My hair is thick and straight and the shampoo bar is equally great for my hair. It lasts a long time, even in the shower rack, and we have found it's the only shampoo we want to use from now on.

I'm telling everyone I know. Aslo great for peace of mind since we are on a septic system and live within a view of a lake, it's great to know this stuff is clean clean clean in more ways than one!

Wow. I must tell you how quickly the Sea Buckthorn Healing Balm has been working for the Eczema around my eye. It has been immpossible to find a product that won't do long-term tissue damage (such as anything with a steroid!). I came back a couple of days later and purchased the face oil, lavender face cream and the eye cream. Amazing! I had been using Darphin, Siseley, La Prairie, La Mer (to name but a few) for years - I now don't want them anymore. Thanks!

I visited your store in March this year when I was on vacation in the area. I bought some of the Sea Buckthorn Healing Balm in the hope that it would help my skin condition. Well...3 months on and I swear by it! I must have tried every remedy to prevent my skin getting really bad and this is the only thing I've found so far that actually helps!

Sadly, I'm running out and was hoping to buy some more from your store. I don't see it on your online catalogue. I was wondering whether it would be possible to order some more to be sent to me in the UK? I think when I visited, you said this would be ok providing I'm happy to pay the postage, which I am. It's a small price to pay considering the success I've had with it!!!

I am formerly from the Island and discovered your soap through a friend, way back in your early days at the farmer's market. I was hooked on the Hemplovers!

I have been working overseas for almost four years now, and I haven't been able to find anything that compares to the quality of your products. I'm always looking around for natural soaps, and although I do find some, they are not nearly as wonderful as yours. And it's not for lack of trying. Nothing compares to your products. I miss your soap! I always make it a point to stock up when I go back to the Island for yearly visits. But I always run out before my next opportunity to stock up, so I'm thinking I'll need to start ordering over the internet. Great website, by the way.

My family and I moved to PEI in October 2003, although we are originally from the maritimes, we had been in BC for the past few years.

I discovered your lip balm at the PEI Preserve Company in December....I was hooked and knew that I would have to visit your store to try more products.

I have always tried to use natural products on my skin, as I have sensitive, problem skin. I am pleased to see that you offer these products and at very reasonable prices...I had been using a line of natural products in BC but the prices were sky high, and the quality was nowhere near to what you offer.

Well, I have to say I have spent an obscene amount of money in your store over the past few months. I am using the entire moondew line, shampoo bar, herbal beer rinse, the entire moonbaby line, sheabutter body balm, a wide variety of soap (with Chai being my favorite body bar, teatree my favorite facial bar), mango hand balm, eye pillow etc. I have also started my husband on your products...effective Valentine's day.

I am officially hooked!!! My skin is in top notch shape and it is all due to your wonderful products.

I'm writing to you to tell you how much I enjoy using your 'Neat Feet Healing Cream'.

It works so well to take away the rough skin on the soles of my feet. I use it whenever my feet get rough and it works better than other foot products that I have tried. I think the essential oils make the difference - it's more natural and gentle on my feet.

It was nice to see you at the One of a Kind so I could buy my midyear fix of your products which my family relies on. My daughter trains 20 hours a week in gymnastics and has always had dry, cracked feet (to the point of bleeding), however, as soon as we began using your Sheabutter Body Balm bar on her feet all her cracks have disappeared. My husband also has red, cracked hands (which also bleed) and he has tried many products, including prescriptions, with no success until he started using your Tea Tree Herbal Salve.

It was nice meeting you at the One-of-a-Kind show this year with my Mom and sisters.

I'd like to tell you how much a love your products - particularly one product.

I've been using the Moonsnail "Relaxing" Bath Salts for a couple of years now, ever since I "discovered" it on a trip to PEI.

To relieve stress I usually go for a nice soak in a warm tub. I have used countless bath products over the years and for me this one is the absolute best.

The white clay and salts turn the water into a soft elixir that babies my skin (it's really indescribable, you have to try it to understand) and the lavender scent just melts away any stress.

I love it so much my Mom ordered 2 kg for me for Christmas last year. Some of you helpful people at Moonsnail made up a special order of it, which I really appreciated.
